Homeopathy
Homeopathy is a complementary system of medicine founded by the German physician Samuel Hahnemann more than 220 years ago. It works on the principle of like cures like: a substance that produces certain symptoms in large doses can, prepared in a highly diluted form, prompt the body to resolve those same symptoms. Remedies are gentle and designed to work without the side-effect burden associated with many conventional medicines. It is also one of the most widely used forms of medicine in the world.
What homeopathy is
Homeopathy has a growing body of research behind it, including clinical, observational and laboratory research. If you would like to explore the evidence further, the Homeopathy Research Institute brings the research together in one place.
The research
I practise as a modern homeopath. People who come to me live in conditions our grandparents never faced: relentless stress that never fully switches off, long hours, disrupted sleep, city air, pesticide and herbicide residues in food, microplastics, synthetic compounds in cleaning products, cosmetics and packaging, and traces of chemicals and other residues in drinking water.
This reality shapes how I prescribe. I'll use several carefully chosen remedies working together to meet the complexity of what a modern person is carrying, in the body and in the mind.
What I love about homeopathy is its depth: it asks us to look beyond a diagnosis, follow the threads back to where unease began, and work from the root upwards. That way of thinking feels deeply natural to me; I have always wanted to understand what lies beneath the surface, not only what is visible.
I hold the Licentiate of the College of Practical Homeopathy (LCPH) and am a Registered Member of the Society of Homeopaths (RSHom).
My aim is to help you find lasting resilience and vitality, gently from the root.

Where I can help
I support people with a wide range of physical and emotional health concerns, see the full list here.
Everyone, at all stages of life: from babies to older people, throughout pregnancy, and animals too.
It sits safely alongside conventional medication, including during chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Please do not stop or change any prescribed medication without first speaking to the doctor who prescribed it.
Who it’s for
Up to 90 minutes, at your own pace. We'll cover your health and your family's, how you sleep and eat, how your energy moves through a day, and the things that are harder to say. Everything you share is treated in confidence.
Your first consultation
I work through your case properly: laying out a timeline of when your symptoms began and what was happening in your life at the time, following the threads between them, and choosing your remedy, potency and duration. That analysis is a real part of what you're paying for, along with your remedies.
After your first consultation
We meet again approximately four to six weeks later. Most people need several sessions; a single session rarely tells the whole story.
Healing happens in layers, like peeling an onion. When a remedy lifts one layer, the picture underneath changes, and a new remedy is needed to meet it. That's why follow-ups matter as much as the first session: your case moves, and the prescription moves with it.
Things will shift in between, physically and emotionally. All of it is worth bringing back to our sessions, so we can see what's changed, improved, or not yet shifted.
Follow-ups
Homeopathy can be used on its own, or woven together with Jin Shin Jyutsu and Breath-Body-Mind as part of my integrated packages.
