When you enquire or become a client, I may collect your contact details, health and treatment information, correspondence, appointment details and payment records.

I use this information to respond to enquiries, provide and administer your care, keep appropriate professional records and meet legal and professional requirements.

Health information is special category data under UK GDPR and is treated with particular care.

In using your data, I rely on the lawful bases that apply to the purpose for which I use your information. This may include performing a contract with you or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, complying with legal obligations, and pursuing legitimate interests such as managing my practice, keeping appropriate records and protecting my legal position. Where I use health information, I do so only where a UK GDPR special category condition applies, such as explicit consent, the provision of care, or establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.

Website and cookies

This website is hosted by Squarespace, which may process technical information such as your IP address and device information to operate and secure the site.

Necessary cookies are used to run the website. Analytics or other non-essential cookies are used only where you have given consent through the cookie banner.

Whom I share information with

I do not sell or share your personal information for marketing.

I only share personal information where necessary, for example with trusted service providers who help me operate my practice, professional advisers, insurers, or where I am legally required to do so.

How long I keep it

Client records are kept for as long as required by my professional, insurance and legal obligations.

Enquiry information is normally kept for up to 12 months.

Financial records are kept for the period required by tax law.

Security and AI

I take the confidentiality and security of your information very seriously and use appropriate safeguards to protect it from loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.

Your personal information is at no point entered into any AI system.

Your rights
