Terms of Practice

An appointment or package is purchased when we agree it by email, phone or it is otherwise confirmed. By booking an appointment or purchasing a package, you are agreeing to these Terms.

Booking and payment

Sessions and packages must be paid for in full and in advance. The prices and Terms in place at the time of booking apply to that booking.

Cancellation and late attendance

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to move or cancel an appointment. With less notice, or if you miss an appointment, the session will be charged in full or deducted from your package.  If you are late I shall try to accommodate the session but it may be possible to only provide part of the scheduled time and the session will still be charged or deducted as a full session.

Packages

Packages are personal to you, non-transferable and valid for six months from your first session. If you stop before using all sessions, any unused sessions remain available until the package expires. If you are unable to use all sessions in a package, I may refund proportionately unused sessions at my discretion.

If I cancel

If I cancel, I will offer another appointment or refund the affected session. If I cannot complete a package, I will refund any unused portion proportionately.

Email support

Where included in a package, email support means one case-related email a week, typically answered within one working day of receipt of your query.

Scope of practice

Homeopathy, Jin Shin Jyutsu® and Breath-Body-Mind™ are complementary practices and do not replace conventional medical care. I do not diagnose conditions and am not a doctor, dietitian or nutritionist. Please speak to your prescribing GP before changing any medication. Individual responses vary and no outcome is guaranteed.

Recommendations

Where relevant, I may suggest supplements, nutrition, breath practices or self-help. These recommendations support general wellbeing and do not replace medical or dietetic advice. If you take prescribed medication or have a health condition, please check with your GP or pharmacist before starting any new supplement.

Remedies and postage

Where remedies are included, UK postage is included. International postage is £15 or as otherwise specified at the time of order. Additional or top-up remedies outside a consultation or package are charged from £35, depending on the remedy and postage required.

Online sessions

Please ensure you have a reliable internet connection and a private space for your session. Sessions may not be recorded without my prior consent.

Confidentiality and data

I treat your information confidentially and handle it in accordance with my Privacy Notice.

Professional standards

I am a Registered Member of the Society of Homeopaths (RSHom), practise in accordance with its Code of Ethics and Practice, and hold appropriate professional indemnity insurance.

Limitation of liability

My liability for any loss or damage arising from or relating to the services I provide to you is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant session or package. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

14-day cancellation right

If you book by email, phone or online, you may have a statutory 14-day cancellation right. If you ask me to start during that period, any services provided in the 14-day period are chargeable.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The version in place when you book an appointment applies to that booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
